Yes. While we are in early access it is free to build a worker profile and free for businesses to search and message. We will be clear and fair about pricing well before that ever changes.

Absolutely. Plenty of people in the pool are cross-training from gas or starting out. Flag that you are an apprentice on your profile and you will be matched with businesses offering supervised work and a route to the badge.

No. You message workers directly, agree the day rate and dates between you, and get them on site. There is no agency sitting in the middle taking a cut.
